Our quality is something we are very proud to stand behind. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. However, if you feel you received a damaged or defective product(s), or if your garment proves to be defective in workmanship or materials within 90 days with normal wear (excluding stains and discoloration due to incorrect care), we will gladly replace your pair within those 90 days. A refund may be eligible within 30 days of the original product ship date. Just return your unworn jeans along with the original packaging and materials with all tags still attached and we will take care of it – you will receive a full refund or exchange-easy, peazy.
Option 1: LYN ROE’s return label provides quick, convenient return service. Our label works with U.S. Postal Service. Shipping charges are prepaid and no additional postage is required. Simply affix the label to your package and drop it in a mailbox, drop it off at the post office or give it to your postal carrier.
Option 2: Return or exchange an item on your own. You can also send the item back to us using any other trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Please be certain to insure the package.
If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
- Your name and billing address
- The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
- The original purchase prices and approximate date of purchase
- The item number of the merchandise, if available
- Print out of emailed invoice
Return Options for customers located outside the Continental United States
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, email LYNROE.com within 60 days of the original purchase to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization, which is required to process a return. Our team will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. If you choose to return an item, our international shipping partner, Borderfree, will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note that you will still be responsible for any shipping charges.
